Our bodies hold what our minds can’t process - they are our messengers. Every discomfort or dis-ease we experience has an energetic root cause - what is the message? Stress, anxiety, childhood trauma, major life experiences, etc. can all distort our energy fields. Similar to Reiki, energy healing utilizes healing energy, channeled through the practitioner, to bring harmony & balance to the body - allowing the body to naturally heal itself, just as it was meant to.

I believe you, as the client, needs to play an interactive role in your healing to truly release these things from your body or they can return. You may be prompted in your session with various shadow work questions that I will lovingly guide you through.

Sessions are intuitively guided and may include modalities such as sacred smoke, essential oils, breathwork, tarot/oracle cards, sound bowls, etc.
